For Out-Patient HMO Process
 

For Consultation

If with appointment

1. Bring two valid ID’s
2. Go to the 3rd floor mab to verify your appointment, if there is a previous record of the patient, please bring and present your patient number.
3. The staff will tell you to go to the 4th floor mab to get your health card approved.
4. After your card is approved. You may go to your doctor’s secretary for your consultation.

If without appointment
Go to the 3rd floor Mab to get an appointment or you may call to OPD department, please proceed to the contact page of our website to contact OPD.

For Procedure

If with appointment

1. Bring two valid ID’s
2. Go to the Centralize Registration Office (Ground floor of the main building ) For the approval of your health card.
3. For safety protocol. if you are experiencing symptoms such as the following

*Most common symptoms:
fever
dry cough
tiredness

*Less common symptoms:
aches and pains
sore throat
diarrhoea
conjunctivitis
headache
loss of taste or smell
a rash on skin, or discolouration of fingers or toes

*Serious symptoms:
difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
chest pain or pressure
loss of speech or movement
