Magnetic Resonance Imaging, also called MRI (by appointment) is also being offered. This machine uses magnets to produce images without using radiation. Muscles, nerves, tissues and bodily fluids are seen in detail. The patient will be in a tube shaped magnets where the patients lie inside without moving. Patients with metal implant and pacemaker undergo MRI because the magnet may attract the implants and can be a safety hazard to the patient at the same time metals can distort images resulting to low quality MRI.
